The 18th international Conference of the Society on Cachexia, Sarcopenia & Muscle Wasting, will take place on 11-13 December 2025 in Rome, under the guidance of Professor Stefan Anker (Berlin, Germany) and Professor Jeffrey Crawford (Durham, USA).

It is clear that cachexia and sarcopenia represent an ever-increasing burden for health-care systems, patients and healthcare professionals.

Poster sessions will be held on site in Rome in order to renew with the productive scientific exchange that characterizes academic spirit. Industry sessions will offer the opportunity to share the latest up-to-date research and to discuss and debate best strategies to meet patient needs.

There will also be opportunities to enhance visibility for your solutions during the conference such as exhibition spaces.
