All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing at least eight weeks before the annual meeting (October 11, 2024). A refund of all fees, minus EUR 50 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
Substitutions are accepted. A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to scwd@mededgs.com at least six weeks before the annual meeting (October 11, 2024). All transfers must be submitted by the original registrant. The original registrant is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due based on member/non-member pricing, etc.) associated with that substitution. Funds from the program may not be transferred to another program.
No refunds or substitutions will be granted for requests postmarked after October 11, 2024.
